By accessing or using the VisaForge website at visaforge.online, the Visa Eligibility Finder, the Destination Matrix Compare tool, the Cross-Border Tax Analyzer, the Knowledge Hub guides, or any other feature, page, or service made available through the visaforge.online domain (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Editorial Disclaimer. If you do not agree to any of these documents, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

Reproduction, scraping, redistribution, machine training, or commercial use of the Service or any substantial portion of its data without prior written consent is prohibited.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that nothing in this clause shall prevent VisaForge from seeking interim relief in any jurisdiction where appropriate.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving the original intent.
