Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 January 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VisaForge website at visaforge.online, the Visa Eligibility Finder, the Destination Matrix Compare tool, the Cross-Border Tax Analyzer, the Knowledge Hub guides, or any other feature, page, or service made available through the visaforge.online domain (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Editorial Disclaimer. If you do not agree to any of these documents, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

2. Informational Purpose Only

All content on VisaForge is published strictly for general informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, immigration advice, or professional advice of any kind in any jurisdiction. Visa eligibility, tax residency, and immigration outcomes depend on highly jurisdiction-specific facts, including your nationality, employment status, family composition, and prior immigration history. You must not rely on any output of the Visa Eligibility Finder or any other tool published on the Service as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional licensed in both your origin and destination jurisdictions.

3. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. While VisaForge applies the editorial methodology documented at visaforge.online/methodology, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data point is accurate, complete, or current as of the moment you read it.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall VisaForge, its editorial team, contributors, contractors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, denied visa applications, tax penalties, relocation expenses, or substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not VisaForge has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where local consumer protection law prohibits the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data compilations, written guides, source-citation indices, tool interfaces, and visual design elements on the Service are the intellectual property of VisaForge or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, database right, trademark, and other intellectual property law. You may view, share short excerpts (under 250 words), and link to pages on the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, scraping, redistribution, machine training, or commercial use of the Service or any substantial portion of its data without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Engage in automated scraping, bulk downloading, or reverse engineering of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate fraud or visa misrepresentation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service infrastructure.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Use the Service's data to train AI models without express written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including official government portals, embassies, tax authorities, OECD treaty repositories, and similar primary sources. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Inclusion of a third-party link does not imply endorsement.

8. Advertising

The Service is supported in part by display advertising. Advertisements served on the Service may be provided by Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, or equivalent authorised programmatic networks. These advertisements are clearly labelled and are served subject to the relevant network's privacy and personalisation policies. See our Cookie Policy for full details on advertising cookies and consent.

9. Modifications

VisaForge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that nothing in this clause shall prevent VisaForge from seeking interim relief in any jurisdiction where appropriate.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving the original intent.
